The project in- cludes selective demolition, masonry restoration, structural steel, rough carpentry, joint sealants, metal roofing, windows, lath and plaster painting, specialties, electrical, and hoists. The construction of the project shall begin in May 2024 and will be completed in August 2025. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. A Pre-bid Meeting will take place January 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Attendees will meet at the main entrance of the Grand Forks County Courthouse located at 124 S. 4th Street, Grand Forks, ND.
