The project includes selective demolition, waterproofing, masonry restoration, aluminum storefronts, membrane roofing, concrete, granite steps, railings, vinyl wall covering, plaster, and excavation. The construction of the project shall begin in June 2024 and will be completed in July 2024. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. A Pre-bid Meeting will take place April 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Attendees will meet at the West Entrance at the UND School of Law building located at 215 Centennial Drive, Grand Forks, ND.
