The project includes selective demolition, masonry, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, casework, joint sealants, hollow metal frames, wood doors, glazing, aluminum storefront and curtainwall, gypsum assemblies, flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, specialties, fire sprinklers, mechanical, and electrical. The construction of the project shall begin in late August 2024 and will be completed in December 2024. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. A Pre-bid Meeting will take place July 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Attendees will meet in the large lecture room 1300 outside of the 1200 suite at University Health located at 725 Hamline Street, Grand Forks, ND.
