The construction of the project shall begin in January 2025 and will be completed by August 2025. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. A Pre-bid Meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Attendees may park on the East side of Starcher Hall (parking permit required) and meet in the building by using the access door on the South side of the building next to the overhead door. Starcher hall is located at 10 Cornell Street, Grand Forks, ND 58202. The pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory and optional for all bidders, but attendance is highly recommended.
