REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SERVICE The Grand Forks Park District is accepting proposals from inter- ested qualified architectural/engineering design firms to work with the Grand Forks Park District to provide designs for renovations at Purpur Arena, located at 1122 - 7th Avenue South, Grand Forks, North Dakota 58201. Proposals will be received until May 5, 2026, at 2:00 pm CST at the Grand Forks Park District main office located at 1060 - 47th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND 58201.
