REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SERVICE The Grand Forks Park District is accepting proposals from interested qualified architectural/engineering design firms to work with the Grand Forks Park District to provide designs for renovations at Blue Line Club IcePlex, located at 1900 South 25th Street, Grand Forks, North Dakota 58201. Proposals will be received until March 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm CST at the Grand Forks Park District main office located at 1060 - 47th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND 58201. The Park District main office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
