Scopes for Bid Package #2 include landscaping, masonry, miscellaneous metals supply and install, rough carpentry, siding, roofing, sealants, coiling doors, glass and glazing, skylights, casework, HM doors and frames, gypsum assemblies, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, resinous flooring, flooring, painting, specialties, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, detention equipment, security electronics, elevator, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems. The existing courthouse mechanical upgrades will be bid out in Bid Package #3. The construction of the project shall begin in August 2026 and will be completed in February 2028. A preliminary schedule can be found in spec section 01 3500. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories listed in Bid Package #2. A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for July 8th, at 10:30 AM. Attendees will meet at the front entrance of the Walsh County Courthouse located at 600 Cooper Avenue in Grafton ND.
