Scopes for Bid Package #1 include surveying, testing, temp fencing, earthwork, site concrete, asphalt paving, utilities, building concrete, precast concrete, structural steel supply, and structural steel erection. The remainder of the project will be released in Bid Package #2 coming June 2026. The construction of the project shall begin in May 2026 and will be completed in December 2027. A preliminary schedule can be found in spec section 01 3500. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories listed in Bid Package #1.
