This position is responsible for working closely with the Director of Under- writing in performing a variety of technical and supervisory work in support of the Underwriting Department. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include bachelor's degree with major course work in public or business administration or a related field and at least seven years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of property and ca- sualty insurance. A Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and/ or an Associate in Underwriting is desirable. Position requires attention to detail and advanced skills in the use of computers and computer software.
