Grand Forks East Grand Forks METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION PUBLIC NOTICE The Grand Forks - East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on the Final Draft Grand Forks-East Grand Forks MPO 2026 to 2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP also incorporates the local transit operators' Program of Projects (POP). The hearing will be held during a regular, monthly meeting of the MPO's Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The meeting will be held in the Training Room of East Grand Forks City Hall, 600 DeMers Ave, East Grand Forks, MN. The hearing will be held at 1:30 PM on September 10th. The public, particularly special and private sector transportation providers, are encouraged to provide input via email. The final draft TIP lists all transportation improvement projects programmed to be completed between the years of 2026 to 2029 in the MPO planning area and documents funding, performance measures, and analyzes the impact of projects in the MPO area. A copy of the final draft TIP is available for review and comment at the MPO website www.theforksmpo.org under resources and at the MPO office. Written comments on the final TIP can be submitted to the email address info@theforksmpo.org before noon on September 10th.
