PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING The City of Grand Forks and the North Dakota Department of Transportation will host a public information meeting on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 from 5 to 7p.m. Central time zone to present information about the grade separation project at 42nd St. and DeMers Ave. in Grand Forks. The meeting will be held at the Center for Innovation's James Ray Idea Lab located at 4200 James Ray Drive, Grand Forks, ND 58202. The information meeting format will be an open house with a 20-minute presentation happening every half hour. The project consists of the construction of a grade separated crossing at 42nd Street and DeMers Avenue which includes bridges for the DeMers Avenue and the railroad, reconfiguring some holes at Ray Richards Golf Course, and utility work in the area. Representatives from the City of Grand Forks, NDDOT, and Bolton & Menk, Inc. will be on hand to answer questions.
