Raptor PCS opened the door for business June 18, 2006. We fully intended to concentrate on computer modding, but word got out that we knew what we were doing, and that we did it for a decent price. Before long, we were getting calls from people needing a broad range of computer services. It became obvious that the Grand Forks community needed a shop that provided a full range of computer services, so we expanded to fill that need.
Over the years, we’ve developed close relationships with many of our clients who trust us with their computers and the information they contain. Our goal is to provide everyday folks with affordable solutions to their computer needs. We charge a flat $75 service fee, which covers most issues, and we stand behind our work with a 30-day warranty.
Our customer base includes people from all walks of life, from professional gamers to senior citizens who are completely new to technology. We appreciate that not everyone has a technical background or speaks computerese, so don’t worry about feeling silly as you explain what you need or describe what is going on with your computer. We’ll get things figured out for you!
