The Grand Forks Public School District requests Statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the new Career Impact Academy project in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The total project cost is cur- rently budgeted at $20 million. Upon grant approval, the over- all project is expected to be completed before August of 2024. The School District is also interested in exploring opportunities to have the facility operational for all or a portion of the 2023 school year.
